Wonderful experience with GT Garage Motors. I called at 8am for an urgent fix to our garage door (it wouldn’t close), and Tracey was able to arrange to come out less than 4 hours later and fix the problem the same day! I didn’t even have to be home for them to fix the issue. Affordable and professional service and would highly recommend. I will definitely be using GT again for future services. Cheers.

Wonderful experience with GT Garage Motors. I called at 8am for an urgent fix to our garage door (it wouldn’t close), and Tracey was able to arrange to come out less than 4 hours later and fix the problem the same day! One of my roller garage doors is making the noise and it won’t open all the way to the top. I searched Google and fund a garage repairer from Mt Gravatt East (with average 4.9 stars by 69 review) to do a standard service on both doors and investigate where the noise comes from. They turned up, cleaned both tracks (took him 5 mins) and open/close the doors…then tell me;1. There is a fine crack on each garage doors so both require full replacement for new doors. 2. The door can’t be adjusted all the way to the top as it has been set up like this.Then said there is no need to service both doors as they are fine…then ask me to pay for the FULL PRICE to servicing two doors that were not required (well…5 mins job to cleaning the tracks) !!! I can’t trust this guy so I found GT Garage Motor to quote for replacing both garage doors. First of all, Tracy was very nice and explained the whole payment process in a professional manner to replace the doors. Secondly, Gavin turned up to do the quotation, and told me both garages doors are working fine, they are just old and can still last a long time (the fine cracks won’t do any harm to the door) so no need for replacement and he also fixed the door for me on the spot, so it can now open fully. I am so impressed how high standard and honesty of both Tracy and Gavin…Highly recommended and I will introduce them to all my contacts.

I’m a tenant in a rental property. I had a broken garage door that needed a new motor. My real estate and the landlord had dropped the ball on the issue and it’d been broken for about 3 months, leaving me unable to secure my house and car. I chased up my real estate as I have just bought a new car which I pick up tomorrow and they chose GT Garage Motors to replace the motor. I reached out to GT Garage Motors to find out when they would be able to come out and repair my garage door. They were pretty booked up but Tracy advised me that she would try and move some things around to get out to the job. I had initially been scheduled in for the following week. Within half an hour Tracy got back to me and let me know that someone would be out to see me a little after 3pm.The garage door was repaired promptly and professionally. Very grateful to GT for making the effort and time to come out urgently, especially as I was not their direct customer. That’s great customer service which is rare these days.
